kkbbd Terms and Conditions

Welcome to kkbbd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kkbbd platform, including the website at kkbbd.net, the kkbbd mobile application and all services offered through them. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on kkbbd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

kkbbd is an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. All services are provided subject to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and kkbbd.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on kkbbd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. kkbbd may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. kkbbd will never ask you for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkbbd support immediately.

kkbbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the kkbbd wallet section.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your kkbbd account instantly under normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the kkbbd finance team. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: typically within 1–2 business days.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit on kkbbd. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. kkbbd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

kkbbd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside kkbbd's control.

kkbbd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all kkbbd bonuses:

1. Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address.
2. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal can be made.
3. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute less.

kkbbd reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or game outcome was already determined.
• The odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit the platform.
• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of kkbbd's trading team is final. All bets are recorded in the kkbbd system and the recorded data will be used to resolve any disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

kkbbd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information and transaction records when required by law.

kkbbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

You may close your kkbbd account at any time by contacting the support team. Please note that closing your account does not cancel any pending bets that were placed before the closure request.

kkbbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available from your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any kkbbd content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of kkbbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkbbd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

kkbbd is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside kkbbd's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform.
